• Goods (hardwares, vape kits, mods, refill pods and accessorises) being returned as unwanted must be returned in a unopened and as new condition in the original packaging. Defective items can be returned without the original box. If you are able then we do prefer it to come back in the box as its helps us process the returns easier.
  • At Idea Vape we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us and we will discuss further your options. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.
  • All products excluding e-liquids and disposables, and prefilled pods can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase providing the item is still in an "As New" and "Unused" condition. Atomizers and coils have a dead on arrival warranty.
  • All External 18350, 18650, 20700, 21700 batteries have a 30 day warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cig batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 30 days email us and we will send out a replacement. 
  • Any advanced Kit with a 6 month+ warranty will cover the main body / mod only (Excluding charging port) The warranty does not cover chargers, coils, or spare parts / accessories included within the box. the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear.

  • External Battery Box Mods - 6 Months
  • AIO systems (built in / external battery - 6 Months
  • Pod Systems (built in / external battery - 6 Months
  • Tanks - Dead on Arrival Only
  • External Batteries - 30 Days
  • Coils / Atomizers - Dead On Arrival Only
  • Disposable Devices - Dead On Arrival Only 

 

If you receive a replacement for a faulty item, the warranty does not reset. Should your replacement go faulty we would only cover you from the original purchase date.
We know there is a small chance that a product could arrive faulty or damaged, if this is the case please inform us immediately and we will assist you with a resolve.


How to return

Please contact our customer service team using support@ideatrading.co.uk. Include your order number, a description of the fault and your preferred resolution.

If your goods are faulty within 14 days of the purchase then we are more than happy to arrange a return for a refund. If the goods are faulty after 14 days, then we are able to offer you a return for like for like exchange or an exchange of goods to the same value.


Postage Costs

If your goods are faulty within 14 days of the original purchase then we are able to cover the cost of return. If it past 14 days then the postage cost will be covered by the customer.

 


All goods must be returned in the original packaging when posable with a copy of the following information included. 
- Order number
- Name
- Address
- Reason for return (faulty, change of mind, etc.)
